Meeting on the Provincial Action Plan for Combating Violence Against Women


Dr. Selda Tunç Subaşı, Assistant Professor and Director of the Center for Gender Studies Research and Application at our University, will represent our University at the “First Meeting of the Provincial Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Commission on Combating Violence Against Women and the Launch of the Fifth Istanbul Provincial Action Plan (2026–2030),” to be held under the coordination of the Istanbul Governorship on 12 August 2026.


Meeting on the Provincial Action Plan for Combating Violence Against Women

Dr. Selda Tunç Subaşı, Assistant Professor and Director of the Center for Gender Studies Research and Application at our University, will represent our University at the “First Meeting of the Provincial Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Commission on Combating Violence Against Women and the Launch of the Fifth Istanbul Provincial Action Plan (2026–2030),” organized under the coordination of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services and the Istanbul Governorship.

The meeting will address ongoing efforts to combat violence against women, inter-institutional cooperation mechanisms, and the objectives and implementation process of the Fifth Istanbul Provincial Action Plan (2026–2030).
