In the panel titled “Under the Skin: Power, Desire, and Resistance”, the body will be approached not merely as a biological entity, but as a field constructed within social relations, operating through flows, and continuously reorganized. The discussion will address how the body is shaped not only by disciplinary structures of power, but also by more diffuse and fluid forms of control.
Within this framework, desire will be considered not as a lack-based condition, but as a productive force—one that generates new connections between bodies and social fields. Resistance, in turn, will be understood not simply as opposition, but as a creative potential that enables new modes of becoming within these flows.
