TCCUAM Hosted the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services
The Istanbul Gelisim University Gender Studies Application and Research Centre (TCCUAM), led by Director Dr. Prof. Selda Tunç Subaşı, hosted officials from the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.
Officials of our University's and Istanbul Family and Social Services Provincial Directorate participated in Istanbul Gelisim University Gender Studies Application and Research Center Director hosted the meeting organized by Assist. Prof. Dr. Selda Tunç Subaşı. Apart from the officials of Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, faculty members and staff of Istanbul Gelisim University also attended the meeting and contributed with their ideas. In this context, from IGU Sociology Department Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayşe AYDIN and Assist. Prof. Dr. Raheb MOHAMMADI GHANBARLOU; from the Department of Psychology Assist. Prof. Dr. Bülent TANSEL; from the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema Assist. Prof. Dr. Aysun KAYA; from the Department of Child Development Lecturer Merve MERCAN, Buse BULAT and Özge ÜNSEVER attended the meeting. At the meeting held at Istanbul Gelişim University Gender Studies Application and Research Center, possible areas of cooperation with the Ministry of Family and Social Services were discussed, as well as training, seminar and project proposals within the scope of the "Year of the Family".
Collaborations and meetings between Istanbul Gelişim University Gender Studies Application and Research Center and the Ministry of Family and Social Services will continue in the future.
